01 / Focus

What this practice addresses

Awareness matters. What you do with it matters more.

This practice is built for adults who understand what they want to change but still find themselves caught between intention and execution.

01

Focus & attention

Clarify what deserves your attention, identify what repeatedly pulls it away, and develop workable patterns for returning to the task.

02

Entrenched patterns

Surface the loops that keep repeating and build deliberate interruption points that make a different response possible.

03

Sustainable follow-through

Turn goals into concrete behaviors that can survive imperfect schedules, variable motivation, and ordinary setbacks.

04

Intention to execution

Close the distance between knowing what to do and consistently doing it through structure, reinforcement, and review.

02 / Process

A clear structure from the first session.

Each engagement begins with the individual, not a prewritten curriculum.

1

Initial assessment

We identify the goal, the current pattern, the context around it, and what meaningful progress would look like.

2

Individual session design

Your sessions are organized around the patterns and constraints uncovered during your first conversation—not a generic sequence.

3

Targeted sessions

Purposeful conversation, behavioral conditioning, and hypnosis are integrated as appropriate to reinforce practical change.

About the practice

My Healthy Aura

Individual attention · Practical routines

My Healthy Aura brings structured conversation, behavior design, and individualized attention together around everyday goals and patterns.

The approach starts with the participant’s context and the changes they want to make. Scope, suitability, availability, and the person delivering any service are confirmed before an engagement.

Privacy and clear boundaries are part of the process. General website inquiries should not include health histories or sensitive personal records.

Method and boundaries

  • Individual goals and context
  • Structured, behavior-focused methodology
  • Clear scope before services begin
  • Provider qualifications reviewed before engagement

Practice philosophy

Behavioral work is most useful when it is specific enough to apply on an ordinary Tuesday—not just compelling during a session.

Hypnosis is integrated into the broader structure where appropriate. It is not presented as a standalone cure, a performance, or a replacement for licensed medical or mental-health care.

04 / Methodology

The approach

Three methods are integrated into a single individualized framework. They are not packaged as disconnected services or delivered from a fixed script.

01

Targeted conversation

Structured, purposeful dialogue surfaces recurring patterns, clarifies the goal, and identifies where intention breaks down in daily life.

02

Behavioral conditioning

Practical, repeatable frameworks help change the cues, responses, and reinforcement patterns that shape everyday follow-through between sessions.

03

Individualized hypnosis

Hypnosis techniques may be integrated to support attention, pattern disruption, and reinforcement at a deeper level when suitable for the participant’s goals.

Why individualized, not programmatic

A standard curriculum assumes that similar goals have similar causes. In practice, two people can struggle with the same outward behavior for completely different reasons. Sessions are therefore structured around the participant’s patterns, constraints, and definition of progress, with the method adjusted as useful information emerges.

05 / Pilot phase

Limited founding cohort

Founding Participant Program

A structured pilot phase for adults ready to engage seriously with behavioral change—and provide thoughtful feedback as the practice develops.

What participants can expect

  • A structured behavioral assessment
  • Individual session design based on what we learn
  • The full integrated methodology where appropriate
  • Collaborative review of progress and obstacles

Who this is for

  • Adults who know what they want to change but struggle with execution
  • People who found generic coaching or self-help too broad
  • Individuals who value privacy and direct attention
  • Participants willing to work between sessions

What the practice asks

  • Active engagement and candid feedback
  • A willingness to test practical adjustments
  • Clear communication about what is and is not working
  • A collaborative mindset during the pilot phase

The cohort is intentionally small so each engagement can receive focused preparation and review.
